GPT-6.1 Workspace

Terms of Use

GPT-6.1 Workspace · Effective and last updated: October 28, 2026

These Terms govern your use of GPT-6.1 Workspace (the “service”), published by Tamara Lapatovene.

1. Agreement

By installing or using the service you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. The service

GPT-6.1 Workspace is a browser extension that lets you chat with AI models, search the web with AI, generate images, and read or write content in Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive and other websites at your request. It works with your existing browser session; it does not sign in to your Google account and does not use Google APIs on your behalf.

3. Free use and limits

The service is currently free. To keep it available for everyone we apply fair-use limits (for example, a number of requests and images per day, reset at 00:00 UTC). We may change limits or introduce paid plans in the future; paid features will never be charged without your explicit purchase.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use the service to break the law, infringe others' rights, create malware, spam or harmful content, or to attack or overload our systems. You must also follow the usage policies of the AI providers (including OpenAI's usage policies).

5. AI output

Answers are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete or outdated. Check important information before relying on it, and review text before inserting or sending it. You are responsible for how you use the output.

6. Your content

You keep all rights to your content. You give us a limited permission to process it only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the extension. Don't copy, resell or reverse-engineer it except as allowed by law.

8. Third parties and trademarks

GPT-6.1 Workspace is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Google LLC or OpenAI. Google Workspace, Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides and Google Drive are trademarks of Google LLC. GPT is a trademark of OpenAI; it is used here to describe the AI models the service runs on.

9. Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the service.

11. Termination

You can stop using the service at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend access for abuse or violations of these Terms.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms; the “Last updated” date shows the latest version. Continued use means you accept the changes.
